The images was made as an in-camera double exposure, the initial exposure of the moon done at 400mm and the second exposure of the beach, facing the opposite direction, done at 17mm. It is a fanciful image, one that speaks to what my mind's eye conjured up during that shoot. Subsequent work was required in Photoshop to bring out the moon's correct exposure.
